Early Childhood LINK is a model training and technical assistance project developed to facilitate transdisciplinary early intervention service provision to young children (age birth to five) with low-incidence disabilities and their families. Focusing initially on the southeastern North Carolina counties of Brunswick, Columbus, Duplin, New Hanover, and Pender, Early Childhood LINK is working to enhance the  knowledge and skills of early childhood service providers through trainings, technical assistance, seminars, institutes, conferences, distance education, consultations, and a resource library, and to increase communication and coordination among agencies that provide
transdisciplinary services to young children with low-incidence disabilities and their families. Through LINK's website, the project strives to address the challenges of working with and parenting children with low-incidence disabilities by providing comprehensive information and access to the advice and recommendations of our transdisciplinary team.
